Hi all not posted on here in awhile, I've recently purchased a ph2 172 and have had nothing but problems. After towing it home after the alternator failing I've replaced the alternator, radiator , battery and just got the timing belt kit done - all within a week. The Exciter wire(?) coming from the alternator has sheered right on the edge of the plug resulting in the alternator not charging the battery correctly so I've been towed home twice in 6 days
Can these be bought new or is my only option to go into a scrappy and cut it off with excess wire and splice it on ?
