Am i making the right choice?

I am very close to ordering my new alloys, I know which ones i want but am still unsure whether to go for 15's or 16's. I have a mk2 ph1 that will be lowered on eibach pro's, so only 20-25mm drop. I think the 15's will look a bit small for aftermarket wheels, but will 16's make my car look like a 4x4 with such a small drop?? Please HELP!!!

personally i love the 16's and feel the 15's look way too small on any clio, so i would vouch for the 16's everytime.

Is it on a 172? If not, get 17s. If so, get 16s. 15s look fine if the car is decked to f**k.

16s fill the arches MUCH better on a mk2 than 15s.

If you were going for a big drop then 15s might not look so bad

with 15's you might want to drop it a bit more than 20-25mm maybe a 35-40mm, this is a pic of my car on 16's with a 40mm drop

my philosophy exactly! 17s are so 1990s lol

i'm def not going for 17's! my choice is based now on how good it will look. so 16's it is. as for what lunner said, why do you say i'll go faster on 15's? ok so 16's will be wider tyres, but not that much and the 16's are still lighter than my standard alloys!

dont think there will be enough of a diff to warrant you deciding 15's over 16's, not sure really why it is

well i no the arguments for larger alloys making you slower ect. them being too wide affects handling, being too heavy will slow you down, but i think as I'm going for pro race 2's (nice light alloys) that it shouldnt have a detrimental affect on performance, if anything, might feel a little quicker.
