..who thought FCS this year was a bit weak? For me it was'nt a patch on last year..the layout meant it seemed quite a bit smaller and did'nt encourage you to venture off the main drag to see all the cars. Also the track time viewing areas were rubbish...could hardly see most of the track.

Next year I'll be going to a track day instead!

The Show as a whole was not as good as previous years. (The Cliosport stand was great)

Layout was all wrong, I lost count the number of times I was nearly mowed down

Seemed very spread out, having a big drag strip down the middle was such a bad idea, track viewing was poor.

yeah i thought past layouts where better and the length you had to walk encouraged peole to drive.

yes and sadly some idiots used that walk way as a drag strip which was bloody dangerous and there was no need for it.. but i guess it made them feel big and clever!!!

Never been before so nothing to compare it to, but yes, it did seem a long walk and I missed a lot of cars that wouldn't have been parked on the rows directly beside the drag.

Glad I wasnt the only one that thought so then.

This years show was a big let down in comparison to previous years. Hard to tell whether it was busier than last year or not due to the awful layout.

Its a shame, I'm pretty sure I only got to see about half of the stuff I'd have liked to seen.

yeah i missed all the 106 rallyes etc, missed quite a few of the cars.....should be layed out differently as said...

at an actual track as someone said elsewhere would be a great idea

I had a great day. really enjoyable! Didn't really get to meet too many new people. (Prob caus i was shy!)

The strip was too long, it took about 15 mins too walk from one end to the other! Track view was rubbish.

0-60 was a lot of fun too watch!

VIP food area was awful for me! I went in there twice, first time there was no food or drinks left. Waited 15mins and non arrived. Second time there were about 10 quarters of cheese sandwichs left and a lil bit of orange juice/squash! Was not impressed!

Apart from that was a fun day!

P.s. I also got really quite sunburnt! LOL!

I prefered the show stands being on tarmac though and splitting the spring tracks and the circuit was a very good idea.

it was my first one iv been too i and my son enjoyed it but we were almost tarmacked a couple of times crossing from one side to the other why allow people to drive up and down reving the life out of there cars for no other reason than just to show off !!! but apart from that we enjoyed it and will be back next year

Same for me - it was as if it lacked a focal point where everything branched off from. I guess I'll be going again - assuming I still have a Clio this time next year.

it was a 1.1million euro 1973 leman winning Matra, it was supposed to be on our stand, but the trailer to transport it wasn't available (we were let down big time!)

I have emailed Mark and he has refunded me in full!!!!!!

Only joking, he's refunded the extra for the VIP ticket. I had a reply within 2 hours, so top marks to him for being so on the ball!

The VIP bit was the only part that really let the day down for me, so thumbs up to Mark!:clap:
