because the specs arnt on that site you posted im going to assume they are svc 4 ohm subs.

so you will be looking for a amp that can do about 900wRMS into 2 ohms.

Ok thats a nice amp but a little out of my current price range. How about if I start with just one of those subs, can you recommend an amp that would keep it company for a while til I win the lottery? Sorry to hijack my own thread.

how much are you looking to spend?

most 2 channel amps will bridge into 4 ohms

Looking to spend under £100 for the sub amp. I will upgrade the whole system when I come into a bit of cash but I want something that will do the job for now. Any recommendations for amps that will run this sub?

the JBL i posted puts out more power than the mac audio but the kenwood puts out loads more but cant really say what the quality is going to be like.

for under £100 your not gonna get an amp that can power 2 subs properly

if thats the kind of budget your working with, spend your cash on a better amp and just 1 sub
