i doubt a kenwood sub of 400wrms is going to be dual voice coil

CAN YOU USE A 2 OHM CONECTION WITH A 4 OHM SUB ?

if the sub is dule voice coil 4 ohm then running it in 2 ohm is possible by wireing the 2 + connectors and the 2 - connectors on the sub together and then from one of the positive to the positive on the amd and the negetive to the amp also resulting in a lower impedence ie. 4 ohm becomes 2 ohm ..... but ONLY on dual voice coil
