Amping Crossovers. Am I right?

I've had a little look round but can;t find the exact answer I'm looking for..

I'm going to build a new setup in my new car but I want to amp my front crossovers this time...

Firstly, Will this work? Its a 4/3/2 channel amp iirc.
Does the amp only need the RCA leads to supply the sound signal? (it doesnt need the normal head unit ooutput wires does it?)

Next, Where do the wires for the Xovers and Sub go?

Thanks in advance :)

Yes it will work, I used to run two different clios on 4 channel amps like this.

Channel 1 +/- (top set, left two) goes to crossover 1
Channel 2 +/- (top set, right two) goes to crossover 2
Channel 3 + / Channel 4 - (bottom set, first positive/last negative) goes to sub (bridged)

Alternatively, switch it to 3 channel mode and use the bottom set left two for the amp and leave the bottom set last two alone (though this will drop power?). All depends on what ohm the amp/speaker combo is TBH!

Assuming I've got the top/bottom right, that should do it for you. Should have two sets of RCA cables from headunit to the amp input being a front left and front right on one cable, subwoofer output on the other.

What headunit?

2 sets of 2 wires. One set will do channel 1 and 2 (front left and right), the other set will be channel 3 and 4 (subwoofer)
