Download the .apk

Copy the .apk to your SD card, browse to the file and install.

It's a much nicer experience than the old Market but IME it's still a touch laggy on the Desire HD. Also seems inspired by WP7 (no bad thing).

Still full of crap though, I was browsing the new games section and come across 'machine gun pictures' and they'd spelt pictures wrong somehow.
