ANNOYING NOISE in my 172CUP

Got a porblem with a vibrating/tapping noise from the front passengers side.


Im sure its coming from inside the car.


Only happens at certain revs and road surfaces..


Anyone have any ideas cos its starting to P*ISS me off.

Could be the well known 4k rattle.

I have opened the glove box and even taken the internal light out but no joy:S


It's so annoying that i can't tell where the noise is coming from

Happens at around 75-80 mph

I used to use that trick in my 15 year old metro - works like a dream !!!!!!

Shouldnt have to on a new car though eh ?

yeah suppose so but i think the rattles are apart of the cup , mine has lots but must admit it is annoying at times but thats the way it goes .

not as if you can take it to reno for this .
