annoying rattle in door pillar on drivers side

As above anyone know how to remove the door pillar (plastic bit drivers side) so i can some how get rid of the really annoying rattle

is it like a really high pitched rattle if so its where you adjust the height of the belt

almost like a clickin sound?

similar but when i push on the plastic bit it dissapears???

Matty if you open the door, its the J/L shaped plastic trim on the door, make sure all the clips are on properly, make sure none are broke.

I took my door card off the other day and secured all rattly bits, but still the rattle persists as if it is indeed coming from the B pillar.

Can you be more specific about fixing this as it's doin my nut in. Mine's more of a dull hollow rattle

the doors on and secure but cannot find wheres its from thinking of sealing it permently to the door

My car has same rattle, only when my window is right down. When i put it up so its down all but an inch the rattle goes away.
