annoying vibration 172 ph1

hi, i was wondering if anyone could help....i have a really annoying vibration when pulling away with low revs. sounds metal on metal...have had a quicklook at exhaust/heatshield and can see nothing that would cause this.any one had the same problem?? thanks

Have you checked the heat shield that sits in the engine bay behing the manifold. It's fitted to the bulk head and sometimes that can work loose and rattle on the manifold or just against the bulk head.
