Another bloody caged clio!

Looks coooool :D

How much noisier is it with the back seats etc removed?

It's not as bad as a fully stripped race car, but a little louder, than standard.

You can fit the rear seat upright with this cage, so you could still use the boot, if you wanted.

You can still chat over the sound of the Hayward and Scott system.

Only 83 dbs at noise test last week at Brands.

Was holding it under 3,000rpm though.

Wanted to strip mine out a bit and fit some buckets... but I do ~15k a year and I'm not sure how suitable it'll be for long (5 - 6 hours) runs on the motorways

Not ideal, but I did a trip to the ring a few weeks back. Was ok, surprisingly.

Worth having for laps round there.

Steve's seats are probably more comfortable than my standard ones. Did a couple of long trips last year in it. As long as you're not fat that is.

Any problems putting suitcases in the back Steve?

Only squeeky one's Day! Especially at 5.30am.
:)

What was making it squeak :S

Day had some Gerbils stashed in his case. My wheel brace came in really handy when we got to the Ferry.
