Another drive shaft question

How far or how long can you drive a car if the CV joint or drive shaft has gone? I ask as i think mine as gone. It is grinding and pulling to the left.

I wouldn't be going far in it if it was me! (in it if it in it it it....)

I'd be getting a new one on soon if its indeed the shafts at fault.

Well im gonna ring around and get prices. Then im gonna go to my mates garage to check it out.

I must have done 50k miles since mine first showed signs of issues. It's now bad enough that I'm going to change it.

if it's particularly bad, best to change it immediately, as they can break up and seize (danger of losing both drive and steering if it's the CV)
