He bought his gf some ghd straightners off ebay for xmas (and paid with pp), which stated they were brand new, but they have now packed in. He has tried emailing the seller to send them back but they are not replying.
Do pay pal/ebay offer any protection for something like this or is it just for items paid for but not sent? Not sure if the auction stated they came with a warranty or not but I'll find out next time I speak to him.
