Another exhaust Question

just been getting quotes from pro speed,
he said this about cats?

A 200 cpsi sports cat will be £261.00 all incl.
If you would like a standard 400 cpsi ceramic cat this is £171.00 all incl.
(This is not a performance cat) Both will not affect the sensor.

What the difference and will it be far better than the reanult one, gonna have to change it soon as it looks like it's been on since new (5 years)

I Like a independant point of view, freeflowing meaning, what? Better performance, or more noise? is it worth £90 more. just want a system that i can fit and forget thats not to noisy, don't care about performance gains.
