Another "ive got another knocking noise on my Renault" help thread

Recently have fitted a new exhaust to the car and whilst i was at it a dropped the rear springs out and re fitted them. as far as im away i fitted them back correctly however now when i drive there is a knocking noise that appears to be coming from the back drivers wheel. but this only happens when i have 3 or more people in the car, but it knocks quite loudly over the smallest and all bumps
any ideas?

i had this after changing my rear disks and pads but strnagely it went away after a few drives lol
