At 7k I imagine its not "mint" either unless the seller was suffering from this "credit crunch".

Mint to me is low owners not 10 like most of them have, not categorised and doesn't have the miles of a rocket ship on it!

He was indeed desperate to sell, but the price of all cars seems to be dropping. Ph1 172s are silly cheap now. A cat c 172 is probably worth less than a grand now.

Only dropping if you have to sell, cars like the vee will steady out and if anything go up in value imo, especially if they keep getting writen off.

Not sayin it wil happen right away
