Started out this morning at 9.00 (from the West Mids), got to Rentech at 11.30 (car booked in for 12.00). Was greeted by Mike, his dad and a cup of coffee (just what I needed).
My 182 was booked in for an oil change. Ok sounds a bit mad to drive 2.5 hours, 170 odd miles for just an oil change?? but I wanted to go to someone I can trust and who better than Mike!! after hearing all the comments on here about Rentech, I had to check it out. Plus it was nice to see the sea
I must admit Mike knows his stuff and has a lovely garage/waiting room set up (well homely). With the oil change done, he kindly checked and topped up my brake fluid which was on min
Mike's dad was kind enough to give my 182 a going over with the jet wash, to get all the sh*ty dried salt/grit off from the journey down.
I paid and got my all important Rentech sticker (that's all I went down for
) then I was on my way back to the West Mids. Stopped off just past Winchester to top up on fuel and some food, then arrived home at 15.45.
Noticed a difference with the 182 on the way back, it felt a lot more responsive :approve:
I will be definately going back to Rentech! Thanks again Mike.
