Another wishbone question. Yawn

  Ph1 daily & ph2 race
Now either my renault dealer is useless or loads of you are wrong haha

they said that the cup and non cup 172 wishbones are identical. Also wests said the same

im really after an exact answer. I don't want to replace cup ones with no cup and loose out on the caster and may e have geo set up issues.

Anyone actually know the answer?

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated. Reading through loads of searched threads with no exact answer has hurt my head and eyes lol

cheers

Sorry, didn't see it and was so quick at the reply. Cheers adam

The pics show they are different clearly but how come I can't get a part number for the ones with more caster!?

I have read that thread, I use search function. Just haven't found what I'm looking for. Alot of yes and no answers. I'm aware they are different and is what I thought but a different part number for them can not be found

Seems there is abit of discussion in my post in west Renault about this. Any more input would be great

  DON'T SEND ME PM'S!!
So they done away with the better option lol

no, not at all, they've just listed a lot of vehicles wrong. It's really not hard, just order parts for a cup. This is all I do. I really don't understand the complication, if you don't know what you already have.......LOOK!!!

Can't you check the part number off the wishobones on your car, then ask someone on here or local to you to check the part number on the Cup ones? :)

Then do a ring-around with both part numbers, or even a numberplate from a Cup & non-Cup Clio?
