yes it will work with a sub

RCA Preout 1 (Rear)

means it will work with a sub,

however,
you wont have any control over the sub via the headunit,
you wont be able to change the amount of sound that comes through,
or the indepent volume of the sub,

also, you wont be able to add any more amps without complecations,

RCA Preout 1 (Rear) << Thats where it connects iirc, and obviously the remote wire.
