Answers on a postcard.....

I've done quite a bit of research since owning one and I'm staggered to find that there doesn't appear to be a definitive answer to the question.....

What coilovers? My suspension needs renewing, I'm in the market for something capable at around £5-600......

I asked one reputable tuner from here, they slaughtered GAZ yet recommended V-Maxx which surprised me somewhat as one is fixed damping recommended by FastCar magazine the other is adjustable damping and appears to be well received by most aside from CS lol
I did get home and learn they do deals on V-Maxx though so that kinda made sense

On the M3, it was easy Bilstein or Eibach....here you get so many conflicting opinions.

Help me out someone, please lol

Also is there an uprated rear beam bush, aside from the solid mounts on eBay?

Had no issues with my Gaz coilies. Housemate too.. set up by Mark Fish .. handled V well...!

Coat the appropriate sections in copper-grease, and the rest of it in some kind of sealant (there was a thread on it somewhere like the detailing section in the last week or two) and they'll be fine.

Make sure you adjust them (read: any coilovers) once a month or so .. just a few clicks up and back down to your happy setting .. just to keep it all free

Thanks Giraffe bloke......I'm leaning towards Gaz for 2 reasons, the customer service is outstanding and they damping adjustment.
LeeJSA on here has them and he recently sent all 4 away for a refurb, for £150 inc postage they basically sent out brand new legs....

Jack, I'd go Billys in an instant if they did an adjustable damping one. You got Bilsteins on yours? If so I may have to drive down for that 264 blat
