Anti roll bar bush?

Have noticed the anti roll bar has come away from the suspension arm.
how much of a job is this as I have found what looks the part on ebay for £3.45, their OEM Ref.: 7700 799 404

Not sure how much of a pain they are to fit as local kwik fit want £55 for one side and £85 for both!
Top of bush doesn't seem to have a bolt head on but bottom has nut, Any advise?
MOT is due and it'll fail with this been broke.

Once it's all comprssed there'll be a head to screw into.

Ive just took a photo (sorry done on phone) looks rather rusty, might need new bolt too?
can I get these from any motor factor as wouldn't mind trying over weekend and won't get ebay ones till middle next week.

Edit: so does the ebay one have a bolt fitted inside that will poke through once compressed?
