After i bought my 172 mk II I get used to his 172 HP
Now I`m thinking about some changes on it.

The plan is to put in dastek unichip, custom made front exhaust replaces kat, centre exhaust and rear exhaust(all from SOLE, maybe you even heard for them, they also make exhaust systems for some racers in UK), and BMC CDA instead or current k&n induction kit


Now, the doubt is, should I change only this or maybe put also new 4-2-1 exhaust manifold or should I stay on standard 4-1 version?

And also, what can i expect from this upgrade? I`m hoping to go to 190 HP, what do you think about that?

Well I doubt you'll get 190 from that, your talking induction, full sports exhuast + decat, inlet mods and remap for around 185bhp

Best view is the 4-2-1 maini is alot better.

Some more ppl will jump in the thread and advise better.

4-2-1 from the 182 is better but then you need to make the exhaust to fit as the 172 exhaust cat etc is different than the 182 setup (which has th 4-2-1 manifold)
I'd make sure you get the intake modified at the same time and also go for some cams then 195hp depends on other factors.
the modificatiosn you have will get you about 175or so it depends hwo good some engines are down on power some are feeeks which get 175hp stock.

My current stock (have only k&n induction kit & supersprint rear exhaust) is 173,5 HP. 137,9 on wheels
