Any Ford techys in here?

Picking up a 2003 fiesta 1.4 zetec with 50k on the clock this weekend, really really cheap. I know it has a oil leak, havent had a chance to have a look at it yet. Any common oil leak issues to save me the time cleaning it all up, running it for a few days and rechecking?

Any input would be ace, ive been told its coming down the back of the engine.

Id guess at rocker cover or a breather pipe gone soft. how bad an oil leak are we talking mate?

ive assumed rocker cover aswel. may leave a drip every now and then so he says. Mite aswel clean it all up, see where its coming from then sell on for £££
