Any idea where this washer pipe clip goes?

The clip hasn't been removed or moved along the tubing at all. But it doesn't make sense (to me - lol) where it should be clipped to? I think it's underneath the plastic mesh, near the washer bottle, but then it doesn't have the reach to go stretch to the bonnet nozzle? Confused.

Has anyone got a picture of the area that I can compare to?
