Any Ideas

I have a whistling sound coming from the left side of my 1.2 clio sounds like front brakes but im not sure. Someone else has said they think its coming from the rear. my disks are getting on a bit now but this seamed to start after I powerwashed my wheels have cleaned the pads aswell. doesnt make the noise immediatly takes a little bit of driving and braking before it starts but I doesnt go away unless I turn to the right and it gets much worse if I pull to the left. Any Ideas?
