Any tips for cleaning a soft top roof?

I have an Audi convertible, not sure what the top's made of, canvas I guess? anyone have any tips for cleaning them? someone has had a go at some point before as there are one or two strips that look cleaner than the rest of the roof, I cleaned and risnsed the fook out of it but its made no difference.

a suggestion, but maybe try all purpose cleaner or shampoo and a brush of some sort ? dont take my word for it tho.

renovo do a really cracking kit for sof tops mate, the cleaner is superb and once you apply the proofer the water just runs straight off the roof great stuff.

They also do a renovator product if your hoods a bit faded but i haven't tried that so cant comment

When I had my convertable I used the Autoglym kit. Comes with a cleaner and a protector.. Worked well.
