any valver owners in or around oxford??

In the market for a new toy, im looking to get a golf gti 16v(mk2) or clio 16v. Problem being i would like to drive a valver first to see what they are like as i kno wat a mk2 gti is like as my house mates have them. Anybody in the area (or nearish) who would like to let me drive their valver (even if its in a car park) or even a passenger ride in one.

lol thats gd encouragement but i have no idea what they like all i kno is they look cool and im also attracted to the 7.7 second 0-60. Even sitting one wud make it easier for me to make a decision!
