Anybody been treated badly by Renault?

Iv'e done another thread but just wondered if anybody has been treated badly.

Im at my wit's end with them.

i had a service at renault enfiled 2 years ago with my old 1.2, they said they did a service. but didnt, ended up with scorned brake discs and the no oil in the car.. even though on my service sheet it said they replace new brake pads and did a oil change, it wasnt done..

i went back to them and was pissed...


long story short.. they serviced my car properly and replace my brakes discs and pads for free...

to make it worse, after the service had been completed, one of the mechcanics came out to me, and said, no one looked at the you car at the first time.. i told the service manager straight away, and he didnt say a word!! mofo

now i get work done at ren-tech

That's an absolute joke JLO.. noone looked at your car? Muppets.. Least I would expect them to do is give you another free!
