anyone else having trouble since the 360 dashboard update ?

i keep having trouble with saintsrow since the dashboard update the other night lots of dropout, tearing and cars just vanishing while im driving them

Ive been fine, only played it twice since the update - which of course is the scariest thing I have done in a few years!

Not played SR since the update but no problems while playing Splinter Cell.

also draw distances seem to have got worse (but maybe im looking for problems now)

i have SR but since i received it on release date it has never been in my xbox, TDU was too good.
