was thinking of going up there today seen a nice 54plate 182 ff for 10999 just wondered if anyone ever been there and had problems

anyone ever bought a cliosport at wilsons in epsom,surrey?

Before I got mine I went there and was shocked at the prices and condition. i.e. 53 plate Blue 172 Cup, near bald front tyres with kerbage, big scratch through the passanger door and quarter, 18K up for £9000 
I got my rarer silver 53 plate cup with cc, pukka tyres, a years tax, 12.5K and no dents or scratches for a G less from another dealer. Not a Renault dealer but none the less....
Avoid is my advice but worth a look if they are local get some test drives

yeah only trouble is there not local as im from southampton and would take me at least an hr and half drive to get there! theres no decent 182's out there for sale within 20 miles for me at the moment so have to maybe be looking further away

Yeah i got my 206 brand new from Wilsons in 2001 and they charged loads for the services, and i needed tyres one day and they said £71 per tyre, and at an independant tyre place they wanted £36. Also, I stood in the showroom for about 10 mins being ignored by the sales staff. And, the bloke that owns it is a c()ck too, dont give him ur money.

have seen another at a family owned renault garage in farncombe bit closer to me than the epsom carsales,silver 182 ff 54plate 3700 miles going for 11k? low milage but not sure if price is right?

I wouldn't touch Wilson's with a barge pole, once they have your money from you they don't give a sh*t about you, I had so much trouble getting warrenty work done from them 2 weeks after picking the car up, they refused to touch it until I threatened them with trading standards, utter w*nkers imo, plus the parts department don't know their arse from their elbow.....

why do garages price clios so much on the forecourt when there same price as what they were when they were brand new lol
2 of my mates work there it's wicked! 
although I wouldn't rate the one in coulsdon either! took my car there a couple of times, rather nice young lady on the service desk and to be honest I think she knows more than the mechanics! pretty useless and again, over priced....

Went down there on Saturday to test drive Clio 182 as my missus is looking at buying one, only went there to look as its local!!!
Would NOT buy one from this garage in a millions years. They had a few RS Clios and none of them were ready to be sold, dented, wheels kerbed.
My girlfriends dad actually used to work their (accounts not sales) so she used to take her 106 Quicksilver to be repaired/serviced there. Total bunch of cowboys, the number of horror stories she heard about staff ragging cars etc etc
Avoid at all costs if I were you. Renault Croydon (A23) is a much better option in my opinion.
The Wilsons group own a lot of the dealerships in Epsom, not just the Renault ones or the ones marked with the name Wilsons!!!
