Anyone ever lowered the torsion bar on a 106 GTI?

Just lowered the valver at the back but mate asking if I could have a look at lowering his 106gti at the rear, I've just had a quick browse through a few sites and it looks a bit more complicated than the valver

Anyone done one before, how hard is it? Any guides anywhere? There is one on gtiowners.co.uk but need to pay to see the guides!

ive done one a while back, you need to remove the antiroll bar, which is a torx bolt iirc, then its nigh on the same setup as a valver.
