not got a clue about a flamer kit. that seems very DIY and very unsafe, certainly never in my life heard of putting fuel into the end of the exhaust system. i think you are thinking if a rev limiter such as the bee r rev limited which works by cutting the spark > throwing unburnt fuel down the exhaust and then the next spark catching it up and igniting it, similar or in many ways the same as WRC's anti-lag systems. you won't have any use for this in a naturally aspirated car in terms of power, but in a turbo car you will. still, it's the safest way to do it. ONLY when a full decat has been implemented, or kiss goodbye to your catalytic converter and be prepared to buy a new one every month.
