Anyone got a Clio Initial ?

Found my Renault price guide last night and noticed that the initial is hugely expensive. £14,500 for a 1.4 auto or 1.5 diesel !!!!

Clio sport territory !!

Just wondering if there is anyone on here that has one and what they are like, and hope they didnt buy it new lol.

I do like the door lights that light up when opened and the rear reading lights, buy guess they just add weight so not in the sports.

No but i have got the badges on my car ;-)

I put them on as no-one knows what the hell it is and its a bit different, plus some little buggers stole my normal ones and i got these cheap off the bay!

It looks really nice inside tho....

Yeh I went to look at a 1.6 initiale before I bought my 1.6 dynamique, has absolutely everything in it, leather, esp, cruise, heated seats, climate, 6cd, everything. Its the only car where you actually need to read the whole manual.
Didn't buy it because I can't stand the 2 tone interior and the 5 door looks real naff imo, also you don't get the sports steering/suspension you get on the 1.6 dynamique.
Only ever seen two on autotrader though so its safe to say there as rare as rocking horse s**t.

Very nice luxury clio though, if they made a 3 door version I might have bought it and put up with the colour for the extra goodies. Pitty because i'd have liked to have climate again and cruise would have been a great bonus.

Ditto! But it was a 3 door in black, a bit wooley.

It's mean to be the "executive" model isn't it, if thats possible in a clio!?!?:S
