anyone got the aux belt tensioning tool?

Has anyone got the aux belt tensioner tool for a clio 172/182 with air con.

I need to know how much it costs or if anyone can lend it to me (I will pay postage costs)

we made our own in the end as the renault one was it bit parp

I've had mine done by garage. Could it be set too tight as belt seems to whine a bit. Done half a tank and thought it would of been bedded in by now!

it's a spring tensioner so it can't be adjusted. they might not have the belt on fully or it will bed in soon.
