anyone have the tool to compress valves??

on an rsi engine to change the shims to adjust the valves? if so, where can you buy them?

Pretty much any automotive tool shop should have them, if not be able to get the ordered up for next day. I think even Halfords might sell them tbh.

Shims and carriers seprerate

Ypu don't need a valve spring compressor to remove the shims, and you shoudl be able to get the shims out with the cam in.

For the record halfords, machine mart etc will sell a valve spring compressor
