Anyone know how to remove bumper?

Trying to get my MK1 Ph3 bumper off for a buyer, anyone help me with what i need to take apart? bolts etc...?

not sure of location of all bolts, or dose lamps have to come off first, but like all renaults a bit of time and paitence,

1.remove wheels arch lining
2. undo screws which are located behind the lining
3. undo screws at top of the bumper behind the grill part, below the bonnet.
4. undo screws underneath the car that connect both the bumper and the front arch lining
5. pull towards you
