Anyone Know This Clio ?

My mate sent this picture to me today, His mate sent it to him asking if you can actually fit these wheels and drive on them.

From what i can see the Clio 1*2 is fitted with cosworth alloys front and back. They do look HUGE but is it possible to drive on these ?

Only 16s. With bolt pattern adaptors you can prob do it.
