Pretty sure its the middle cylinder facing the back of the car on the luguna V6 so I would guess similar on the clio?

Edit: In fact i'm not sure its the same engine, I'd wait for someone to confirm

You don't really need to know which order they are in...

Just whip off the upper and inner cover, you will be able to see all 6 coils as it's a ph2.
One by one disconnect the connector to each coil, if it drops down to 4 cylinders then that coil is fine, the one you unplug which doesn't alter the engine is the faulty one. You need an 8mm socket and extension bar.

Takes me under 10 mins from stopping the car, to starting up and going again!

Spare coils kept in the glove box just in case! I thought the vee's used the meg 225 coils which rarely go wrong?

Ahhh learn something new everyday! I could just imagine seeing a vee pulling over, driver breaking out the toolkit and changing coils on the side of the road! As for the op sorry don't know which is cyl 5 but best way is to do what coling said.

I have 2 spares on me in the car at all times, mental not to as if you drive too far on 5 you can wreck the cats.

For reference it's the middle cylinder on the bank at the back of the car.
About a 3 minute job to change and all sorted.
