Anyone recognise - CE54 FXX

May have just bought this off a friend.
BG182 with cup packs, seems to have ktec exhaust, pms top mounts, vmaxx front coilovers, gaz gold rears, big CLIOSPORT sticker in the rear window. 3th/4th are crunching, but "apparently" the cambelt & dephaser was done in December...

Anyone know anything about it/owned it/crashed it before?

Unsure tbh, depends if anyone knows the car/there is any truth in the belts being done probably.
He bought it as i told him Clios were awesome & pretty much bomb proof, so i felt guilty when it broke 😂

I could be wrong - haven't picked up the car yet - just saw the anodised blue front coilover adjusters and assumed vmaxx.
Seems a weird collection of parts, almost like someone was starting to spend money on it, then gave up when the box started to crunch.
