anyone recommend springs?

im looking to get my car lowered 55mm if poss. does anyone know the specific sizes i should order? there seems to be some chat about a 52mm/57mm space or something. i have absolutely no idea what this is.

can anyone help... im such a noob its uncool.

springs and shox. where can i buy them cheap? and what ones should i buy?

i have a friend who has the gmax -55mm springs and dampers, they seem good

52mm most likly but they could be 54mm.
There isn't a 57mm its either 52, 54, or 58mm.
