Anyone rejected a new car back to Renaul

Has anyone rejected a new car back to Renault due to them not being able to rectify a fault. I would be interested to hear from people that have, and find out how they went about it. Any advice greatly received.

Not with Renault but a friend rejected his Peugeot 106 GTI cos they couldnt fix it and he got another one.

someone i now done it with an R32, disliked it so much after multiple problems he swapped it with a spanking new S3

I've just handed in a 6000 word assignment on the sales of goods act and Law. So i probable know lots about it but I F******G hate law so i wont be making any form of input lol

Lol i bought this car i think.

Not possible, your car had not even been made on 21/09/04, your car was registered on 05/03/05.

The car in question was an Arctic Blue 2004 182.

Not really as i've had it 19 months and it's not missed a beat.

tried it and had it rejected instantly went to a solicitor who done me a letter and they fobbed that off aswell, still got the car and will never go back to the same stealer
