Anyone tried Yokohama "C" Drive Tyres

Car  330Ci Sport Convertible
Just been to get some tyres fitted on the CS and the guys recomended these.

Apparently they are the tyres that Lotus recommend as a replacement on the Elise so should offer plenty of grip.

£112 fitted for 2 is not to shabby :)

Anyone had any experience of these?

Replaced the A539's IIRC, Which were good tyres for the price. Parada's are better but more money obviously. Give them a try and report back.

i remeber a friend of mine with Yokohamas who said he could almost see the rubber flying off there.. good grip then i suppose but wear very fast

Had a look around and ended up getting the Yoko S drives.

Awesome grip in the dry but a bit skippy in the wet, maybe better once scrubbed in.

Dry grip is on a par with the Michelin Pilots that they have replaced.
