anyone used a bike rack on their 1*2?

just fitted one to mine and it looks very scary lol! thats before the two bikes have been put on!

i use mine all the time. i just make sure its thr back of my car is clean and put protective tape where all the straps rub againts the paint work.

i always take the wheels off my bikes and stick them in my boot

im doing a trial trip to work and back with the bike on the back, will need to sort out a number plate cos the bikes will block the view of it

i never bother with a plate or a light bored because you cant see all my lights i just put the frame on the back and you can see my plate though my frame

got followed by a traffic car at the weekend for a couple of miles and they didnt pull me over

I have done, but my one, the straps hook down under the bumper, which is a bit too flexy so I don't like it.

the one ive got is like that, there are 4 more straps though, two at the top and two at the sides, should be good enough, think im just worrying too much lol

as said just be very wary of rubbing the paint, use old inner tubes over the straps

well it made it there and back, have realised how useless the clio is for going for a week end away with two people luggage and bikes lol, defo couldnt fit any more pepole or luggage, or the dog lol,
