... Apex 30 - 40 mm lowering springs. If not what are good springs to use on the 172 FF want to lower it about 20 - 30 mm.

People who have usually say they are too hard and bouncy. Id go for Eibachs if I were you, much better ride and the sportlines will drop it between 20 and 30mm
