Anyone with Adrian Flux Insurance?

Do you have to tell them if you modify your car? Does it go up?

Well you dont have to tell them if you dont want to but if you do it will go up

You have to tell them,. mods which dont increase power are free, mods that do (exhaust etc) incurr a charge,

I'm with them, mine is cheaper because the car is modified

Btw sometimes unbelievebly flux is cheaper if you car is modified.

Depends really what mods you're looking at. When I was with AF when I had my PGGT, they were totally ok with the mods I declared and increased the premium by something daft like £16. So long as I declared them, they were fine about it.

The only reason why I switched from AF was the ludicrous quote they gave me for the standard 182. It was a few hundred quid more than anyone else.

iam with them and i rang them up the other day and they said it would be around 200 pounds to lower my car and to have alloys on

Im with them :approve: have been for years very good with mods and ALWAYS beat anyone elses cheaper quote when you renew if you aint claimed

im with greenlight i got a much cheaper deal with them and they do not charge more for upgrades

i paided £398 fully comp this year, this is based on 5years ncb, age 29 but i have 3 points on licence and i had a drink driving ban 8years ago!!

so i think this price is outstanding

i think adrian flux wanted around £700

Of course you have to tell them . And yes your premium will go up , especially with any mods that increase power .

they cant always beat any other renewal quote coz they could not better greenlight quote not even near.
now im not trying to say one company is better than the other they just couldnt do better than greenlight

They've always beaten any other quotes i've had . It even has a letter in with your renewal quote saying so .

I've been with em for nearly 10 years . Nothings comes close tbh .

Strange really as AF were close to who I'm with but not close enough to warrant switching last renewal. :S
