Anything to know before replacing 172 engine?

About to replace my faulty ph2 172 engine with a used, low mileage engine.
Also ordered a timing kit, aux kit, dephaser and cam seals, water pump, and a rear main oil seal.
The job will be done by a mechanic, not a specialist though as there aren't any in my country.
The only thing I know that could be a problem is the cambelt fitting. So from what I found on this forum -

Set the engine at tdc and insert the flywheel locking bit, and pulley locking tool.
With the pulleys locked, undo both pulley bolts, insert the rear horseshoe tool, change dephaser and cam seals, leave both pullies slightly undone, change idlers, tensioner, put new belt, tension new belt, give it 2 spins with the locking tools still in place (except the flywheel bit), check tension, torque camshaft pulleys, make 2 more spins and recheck alignment with the horseshoe tool - should go in with 2 fingers.

So can you confirm this is the correct procedure, and also is there anything else "special" to know ?
