Anyway of sorting stained front lights?

I mentioned in another thread that my car was mint for it's mileage, and it is! Apart from, the lights, unfortunately. This is what they look like...

Is there anything that can be done? I'm guessing it's inside... is there a way of taking them apart and cleaning the inside?

It's a small job tbh, but improves the front of the car so much.

I've done both my 1*2's one by hand and one with a buffer.

Use a buffer.
