Ja - down on Cottonfields. Probably breaks 72 residential rules for tenants, but I'm sure we could arrange something?

Yeah - we're pretty lucky m8. The lighting isn't too bad either - though that doesn't really show in the picture. We got the bay to the right of the Clio too (looking at it), so there's plenty of space to have kit out and ready to be used in a cleaning session. There's even the little concrete posts to stand bottles of cleaning products on!

I take my car down to the local buy time and give it a good jet wash just with the lance! I then get home fill up two buckets and add shampoo to one ( autofinesse lather) btw! And clean it with a microfibre mitt! Then rinse off with a watering can!

Cleaned both of our cars earlier in the underground - there's even a mini boiler on the wall for hot water
The only slight downside is the lack of natural drainage. As a consequence, they ask that you sweep any excess water down one of the man-hole covers. But the concrete is that smooth in the first place, it's easy enough to brush up when I'm done.D.
