Well as you're running et35 this means the outer edge of the wheel sits 10mm further out towards the edge of the arch. However, as you're on 195 tyres this will counter act it by 5mm on each edge of the tyre meaning you're actually only 5mm closer. So....you should be ok so long as you don't go too low.
Iv run Apex / Koni combo for years and think their fine for road use. Not as harsh a ride as their made out to be and certainly not ''shocking''. They are what they are though, budget end springs that give a decent drop.
Back on topic, iv run aftermarket 15'' et35 wheels without rubbing in the past BUT thats on a ph1. Not sure what the difference is between stock 182 and ph1 other than wheel offsets.
