apex vs sportlines

  Monaco 172 (02)
I have APEX and they are coming off this weekend for standard.
Im hitting speedbumps leaving teeth behind.

Is it possible for them to ruin the handling?! Havent been very impressed with the handling so far. Only had the car 2 weeks and bought on APEX.

I've had standard suspension on a ph1 and I've had Apex springs on a second ph1. I've run with the Apex springs since late 2007 when I bought my current car. I've only driven a ph1 with Sportlines over a very short distance so won't make any comments in relation to their effectiveness.

I'm currently considering taking the Apex springs out of the car and replacing with Sportlines. I'm looking for a spring that will make the car handle better and I'm not too concerned with everyday driving comforts. Having run with the Apex springs since '07 I'm used to them. I'm quite used to hard springs on bumpy roads.

Are the Eibachs noticeably, if any, better than the Apex around a track? If not then I'll stick with the Apex, refresh the dampers, and spend the balance of money on either a silenced de-cat or a Whiteline rear ARB. Any of the track-regulars care to voice an opinion?
